Star Wars: Genesis
Each of you was tested at a young age, found to be strong in the force and sent to the Je’daii academy. Family and friendships are a big part of the Je’daii way. They encourage families to be involved in the Padawans life (if there is family).
The first adventure will take place at the end of your Padawan training. The second will take place after your Je’daii Journeyer schooling, and you have for one reason or another, chosen the life of the Je’daii Ranger.
Incorporate the above and emotional strength/weakness into your Character Story. Xp will be granted for the story, GMs discretion.
Character creation begins on page 41. Follow the steps in the book.
Step 1: Determine background; choose one that fits your character, adapt it to the campaign setting.
Step 2: Determine Morality; Either randomly roll on the table for your Emotional Strength/Weakness or pick the way you want to play your character. This is very crucial to the game.
Step 3: Select a Species.
Tython Human: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 (At creation, Humans may increase one stat to 3, and another to 1.)
Wound Threashold: 10 + Brawn
Strain Threshold: 10 + Willpower
Starting Experience: 100 XP
Special Abilities: Humans start the game with one rank each in two different non-career skills of their choice. They still may not train these skills above rank 2 at character creation.
Togorian: 3, 2, 1, 2, 2, 2 (Med/Large Humanoid Cat)
Wound Threshold: 12 + Brawn
Strain Threshold: 8 + Willpower
Starting XP: 100
Special Abilities: Togorians begin the game with one free rank in either Athletics or Stealth. They still may not train Athletics or Stealth above Rank 2 during character creation.
Claws: When a Togorian makes a Brawl check to deal damage to an opponent, their attack deals +1 point of damage and has a Crit Rating of 3.
Murachaun: 1, 2, 3, 2, 2, 2 (Small/Medium Humanoid Reptile)
Wound Threshold: 8 + Brawn
Strain Threshold: 12 + Willpower
Starting XP: 100
Special Abilities: Murachaun begin the game with one free rank in either Mechanics or Charm. They still may not train Mechanics or Charm above Rank 2 at character creation.
Intellectual: Murachauns receive a free boost die when making a Lore skill check.
Step 4 and 5: Select a career and specialization.
Step 6: Invest experience points
Step 7: Determine derived Attributes
Step 8: Determine Motivation
Step 9: Gear (GM will provide starting gear)
